Video: Lord Huron, “Time to Run”

Lord Huron have released a video for one of my favorite songs of the summer, "Time to Run."  Filmed in the Mojave and directed by L.A,'s Arms Race, the video seemingly doesn't quite match the song's sweet subject matter ("I want everybody else in the world to know it / I want everyone to know you're the girl for me"), but it's still a fun, Western-themed race through the desert.  It also happens to be the single from the band's upcoming album, Lonesome Dreams, due for release on October 9 via IAMSOUND.  Vaguely reminiscent of Paul Simon, "Time to Run" is irresistibly catchy and sure to get your toe tapping.  Philadelphia-area fans should look out for Lord Huron at KungFu Necktie on October 8, a day before the album drops.  As for everyone else, check out Lord Huron's fall tour dates.
